Ordering Information
How do I place a an order ? Browse through our product catalog. When you find something you would like to purchase, verify the quantity you want and click the [Add to Cart] button. The items you have selected will be added to your shopping cart. Each time you place an item in your shopping cart, you will be taken to your cart to view its contents. You have the option to update the quantity of the items(s) you have chosen. If you are finished shopping you can proceed to checkout by clicking on the [Checkout] button, or you can continue shopping by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" link.
When you decide to checkout, you will be taken to the checkout page. If you have shopped with us before and created an account, you can click on the login link to use your previously provided account information to speed up your checkout. If you do not have an account with us you will need to provide the necessary shipping information so that we can ship your order to you as well as contact information just in case we have a question. Please double check to ensure your shipping address and e-mail address are correct. We accept credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as PayPal. After you have filled in the necessary credit card information click on the [Place my order] button. When we receive your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you verifying your name, address, what you ordered and the pricing.
Why should I create an Account ? Creating an account makes it quicker for you the next time you shop at Stina's when you go to checkout. All the information you provided when you created the account will fill in at checkout time saving you from re-entering the information. You can also view your current order as well as any previous orders you have placed with us. We will use this information to periodically let you know of special shopping events or sales. We do not provide any of your account information to any other company, ever...
Is my Credit Card safe ? Your credit card is safe and secure when you order through Stina's. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that is among the best available today for secure Internet transactions. When you place an order online, this software encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
Who is Shopify ? When you start the checkout process, you will see your browser address change to something that starts our with "https://checkout.shopify.com/...". Stina's Quilt and Sewing Supplies uses the services of Shopify.com for all it's credit card transactions. Shopify is a leader in online sales services and Stina's is proud to partner with them to offer the highest possible customer experience.
Can I place my order over the phone ? Unfortunately we cannot take phone orders. All orders must be placed through www.stinasquilt.com.
Can I change my order ? Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. Therefore, we are unable to change your order once you have submitted it and before it is shipped. Please refer to the Returns Policy if you would like to exchange an item you ordered.
How do I know if you received my order and when it has shipped ? You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received and another one when your order is shipped. The shipping confirmation email will also contain the appropriate shippers tracking number to allow you to track your order to delivery.
I submitted my order and got an error message. Did it go through ? If you do not receive an email order confirmation within 24 hours, you may either re-submit your order online or contact us by using the "Contact Stina" page.
Returns Policy:
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Stina's. If an item does not meet your expectations, return it to us within 30 days for refund or exchange. Patterns are not returnable. All items must be returned in their original condition. Credit will not be issued if the item has been cut, washed, dyed or changed in any way. A copy of the original packing slip and reason for return must accompany the return for credit to be issued. A $5.00 restocking fee may be charged depending on the item and circumstances. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receipt of returned item. Shipping charges are not included in refunds. Please send all returns to:

What to Expect:
Product Accuracy - We try to reproduce all products we sell as accurate as possible on our website. Your computer monitor or printer may render the image of the product differently than the actual product.
If I have questions about a pattern who do I call ? Please refer all questions to the pattern designer. All patterns sold by Stina's have the pattern designer's name, address, telephone number and e-mail address listed somewhere on the pattern.
Specials - Web specials, minimum quantity, pricing, and availability can change without notice. Order enough material to complete your project. Our manufacturer may discontinue or run out of the style you ordered.
