Hello Winter Banner Laser Cut Kit

Welcome winter with this 12" x 20" banner featuring our fun snowman !  This kit features half square triangles, fusible applique, iron-on rhinestuds and the pattern.  Instructions for a quick hourglass block method are included.

You will need to add your own background fabric and binding (see supply list for requirements).
